Margaret A. Foster, 86, died Jan. 23, 1997, in her residence.
A homemaker, she was a Norfolk native and the widow of Charles E. ``Happy'' Foster Sr. and a member of Episcopal Church of the Epiphany.
Survivors include her son, Charles E. ``Hap'' Foster Jr. and his wife, Barbara, of Bohannon; grandchildren, Laura F. Morgan of Mathews, Va., and Karla K. Stanaway of Yorktown; great-grandchildren, Jennifer M. Reardon, Ashley B. Faison and Jessica M. and Whitney C. Morgan.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
