Lloyd Anson Conery, 66, of Wyoming Ave., died March 10, 1997, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Born in Erie, Ill., he was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. He was retired with 21 years of service from the U.S. Navy and also retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard as a refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Mary A. Conery; three daughters, Colleen L. Robinson, Katherine C. Ward and Christina A. Harwood, all of Portsmouth; three sons, Robert R. Conery, Michael A. Conery, Van Conery, all of Portsmouth; three sisters, Eva Vokes, Leta Ohrberg, Martha Pidgeon, all of Moline, Ill.; a brother, Edward Conery of Moline; 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Thomas Becker. The family will receive friends at the residence. Snellings Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
