Elsie W. Calder, 95, died June 15, 1997, at the Virginia Beach Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Calder was born Feb. 23, 1902, in New York City, daughter of the late Fred and Agnes Weiler. She was the wife of the late John W. Calder.
She is survived by a daughter, June A. Calder of Virginia Beach; a son, John E. Calder and his wife, Juanita, of Norfolk; two nieces, Loretta Schiavi of Lakehurst, N.J., and Agnes Schiavi of Staten Island, N.Y.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery with Dr. Paul B. Watlington Jr. officiating. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
