NORFOLK POLICE SEEK CLUES TO WOMAN'S DEATH

A woman's body was found Tuesday afternoon in a home near Norfolk Naval Air Station. Police are investigating it as a possible homicide.

The body was found around 5 p.m. in a home in the 200 block of W. Bay Ave., two blocks off Granby Street, on the road that leads to Gate 4 of the naval air station.

Police did not release the victim's name or age Tuesday night and said the cause of death was not yet determined. The body will be taken to the medical examiner's office to determine cause of death. KEYWORDS: MURDER
