James E. Hall, 63, of the 1700 block of Richmond Ave., died Sept. 12, 1997.
He was a cement finisher.
Survivors include a daughter, Calestine Bassett; a son, Willie Walton; a sister, Mable Harrison; two aunts, Mable Williams and Eva Wright; and a special friend, Rosa Taylor.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, Portsmouth. The family will assemble at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Fisher Funeral Home. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
