Patricia Elaine Haynes, 74, of the 800 block of Spence Circle died Oct. 13, 1997, in her residence.
She was the widow of Robert Jr. Haynes and a member of Senior Citizens of Kempsville.
She is survived by two daughters, Constance E. Hamric of Virginia Beach and Patricia G. Haynes of Rhode Island; two sons, John W. Haynes Sr. of Virginia Beach and J. Ronald Haynes of Plains, Ga.; a brother, James Oppert of Jacksonville, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Cpl. Bob Haynes.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
