WILLIAM L. BOGGS

William Lee Boggs, 62, of the 100 block of D. View Ave. died Oct. 13, 1997.

Born in West Virginia, he was retired from the Naval Aviation Depot. He graduated from Granby High School in 1954 and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Naval Reserve. He was the son of the late Ervin Ray Boggs and Mildred Brewster Boggs Lawless.

Survivors include three sisters, Nancy Boggs Svaib, Susan L. Raper and Patricia A. Forbes; two brothers, Michael J. Lawless and Gregory E. Faircloth; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, M. Ray Hodges, and a brother, Robert E. Boggs.

A graveside service with entombment will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Cemetery. The family will be at 1110 Toler Place, Norfolk, after the funeral. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
