Another big story of the day comes from textile country.
Dan River plans to open a plant in Mexico.
It's a joint venture could send almost 500 jobs south of the border, but company officials say they hope the impact will be much smaller.

Police in Charlotte say Bobby Phills a 30 year old guard for the Hornets was driving his Porsche at a high rate of speed when he was killed in a two car accident this morning.
