Well Keith the FBI has stepped in and arrested Vivian McMahon in Louisiana for fleeing prosecution. Lawyers say this is normally reserved for someone who's committed a string of serious crimes.

State police say high speed is to blame for an early morning accident that killed three Giles County men.
