((Should you or shouldn't you, work out when you don't feel well? Well, in some cases, when you are under the weather, a little exercise can be just what the doctor ordered. But other times, a workout can be a prescription for disaster. Since everyone, and every infection is different, there is no on set rule over what you should do. However, a simple set of guidelines may help you decide. We call it the rule of the neck. You divide your symptoms into those above the neck and those below. Now if you don't feel bad, and all you've got is say a stuffy head, runny nose or a scratchy throat, a little workout may be okay. But if you're symptoms are mainly below the neck, like fever, muscle aches, a cough or an upset stomach, you need to stay on the sidelines. Working out will make you feel worse. Now if you do decide that things aren't so bad, and exercise shouldn't be a problem, you still don't want to go full speed. ON CAM Take it slow at first, half speed with some stretching, a walk or a swim. And if after 10 to 15 minutes your head clears, you're set. If it doesn't, your body is trying to tell you something. And it would be a good idea to listen. I'm Dr. Dave Hnida For CBS News.))

(( Snowstorms two weekends in a row prompted hundreds of churches to cancel services. A story pointing out that they'd also missed two weeks of donations brought this from a viewer in the New River Valley [Angela Riner, Christiansburg]:
"I was very offended at the report you did on churches and their financial need. My father is the minister of a small church in Christiansburg. Now, granted we were not closed but our numbers were way down as was our offering. Big deal. No one is worried. It hasn't even been mentioned. Our congregation is very generous. They give from their hearts not from any sense of impending doom. I thought the comments of the minister interviewed were highly distressing. Does he not depend on God or his church members to fill the need?"
And a viewer from Martinsville [W. Randolph, Martinsville] wrote:
"Due to an Act of God, Snow, we have had an Act of Less, Money, which now requires an Act of Faith, Recovery...Don't discredit your members and guest by saying "we lost collections due to snow cancellations." We cannot lose something that we never had in our possession. Members know their financial responsibility to the church and to their God. If they do not, don't look to recovering lost revenue...look to uncovering lost faith."
