A New Jersey Insurance company has filed a claim against the estate of a Roanoke limousine driver who died in a wreck on I-81 two years ago.

Limo Driver Kimberly Ann Pendleton ran off the Interstate, crossed the median and hit an embankment. She died shortly after the accident. A lawsuit filed in federal court today says passenger Elizabeth DiEduardo died as a result of her injuries nearly six months later.
