A Roanoke County judge has agreed to release the special grand jury's report on the Vinton police department.
Judge Diane Strickland is going to keep the report under seal, though, until 9 tomorrow morning.

The grand jury's investigation focused on reports of financial irregularities in former Chief Rick Foutz's department, and the handling of gun and drug evidence.
Foutz and his top assistant, Bill Brown, resigned soon after the inquiry began.

Judge Strickland also ruled only the names of those people who were NOT the targets of the investigation will be kept secret.
