The government is hopeful it will provide answers to what caused rapid fire bursts of light seen during the siege's final moment.
Branch Davidian plaintiffs suing the government contend that the bursts of light are proof of gunfire from government positions into the compound.
The government, on the other hand, has always insisted that its forces did not fire shots on the siege's final day in 1993.

"We hadn't heard from him for about an hour and a half so we sent an armored vehicle with a bullhorn and he responded by shooting at the armored personnel carrier. No one has been hurt."
Palczynski has been keeping police on the move since March 7th ... when he allegedly killed three people while kidnapping his former gilfriend, Tracy Whitehead. She managed to escape unharmed. Palczynski is also accused of killing a fourth person during a carjacking.
Police say Palczynski has a history of domestic violence and mental illness dating back to 1988. Negotiators -- along with the help of family and friends -- are now trying to get Palczynski to turn himself in ... before anymore bloodshed.))
