Today, EchoStar Communications named Christiansburg as the location of its newest customer service center.

It took five days but it finally came down.

Last night we told you about the raccoon that was tangled in some wires on a utility pole. Wildlife Rescue and AEP were able to untangle the animal but it was just too scared to come down. But today with a little help from an AEP cherry picker, the raccoon was taken off the pole and is now safe.
