A federal judge in Lynchburg is expected to rule today on who controls the Reform Party. Judge Norman Moon listened to two days of testimony last week invoving a disputed party meeting in Nashville last month. At that meeting, Pat Choate, replaced Jack Gargan as chairman. Gargan claims the action was invalid. At stake is almost 15 (M) million dollars in campaign funds that are expected to aid Patrick Buchanan's presidential bid this fall.
