He says the couple had taken at least 60 valium and muscle relaxers... trying to get up the nerve to end their lives.

Investigators say the incidents happened in Burlington, North Carolina between 1994 to 1995 with a girl eight to ten years old .

Michael Harbor was convicted of setting fire to an apartment house on Patterson Avenue last winter.
Two of the charges against him were dropped. He'll serve two years in prison, and reimburse the owner for his loss.
Harbor was evicted the day of the fire. At the time, he blamed it on a faulty furnace.

A gas grill apparently sparked a fire that heavily damaged a home in Lynchburg this morning.

No one was home when the fire started.
Investigators say a leak in the grill's fuel line appears to be the cause.
