He joined the fundraising organization in 1991.

He was killed on impact.

Health Officials say Radford University students and staff -- should not panic.
They believe they have notified and treated everyone who may have come in close contact with a student recently diagnosed with meningitis.
The 19 year old student left Radford on April 7th and days later become very ill while at home in Richmond.

David Stanley was reportedly running an Internet start-up... and former co-workers say they had no idea he was a convicted felon.
Stanley pled guilty in 1989 to 55 counts of taking money in a fraud scheme in the Commonwealth and in Tennessee.
He disappeared in 1996.

Stanley - who's been living under an assumed name... turned himself in after hearing authorities were closing in on him.

A Montgomery County teacher's aide has been charged with molesting a 13-year old student.
46-Year old Wanda Fraser of Christiansburg was served with six warrants yesterday.
She's charged with carnal knowledge and taking indecent liberties with the boy.
Fraser was suspended from her job at Auburn Middle School in February.
Indictments allege the acts occured between December and February at her home.
Fraser was released on four-thousand dollars bond.

About a dozen volunteers from the Red Cross Youth Council got wet and muddy this afternoon planting flowers and trees and picking weeds on the playground of the Lincoln Terrace Head Start office.
