They're being recognized for the extraordinary things they've done for their community.

Triple-A reports average gas prices fell about a nickel a gallon in Virginia over the last month, to a dollar-43 a gallon for self-serve unleaded.
The decrease is pretty much in line with national averages. But the prices are still the second-highest ever ... behind only last month's record highs.
Gas prices are about 34 cents a gallon higher than April of last year.
