A Roanoke County teenager has died from injuries suffered in a car accident last week.

April 24th, 1998 was the last time Carvins Cove was filled to capacity and water was cascading down the spillway.
It was down more than two and a half feet yesterday, but Monday's rainfall pushed the water level over the top.
City officials expect a normal spring and summer with no threat of water restrictions.
If Roanoke faces another drought in the future, they say the city will be better prepared to handle the situation.
