As people in Littleton Colorado commemorate the one year anniversary of the Columbine shootings, Pulaski County High School and the Governor's School in Dublin are closed today.
It is the result of a web site threat.
Students describe it as a "Hit List" that threatens to harm at least 100 students and staff.

They're also notifying people mentioned by name on the list.

Another case of meningitis hits Radford University.
A 19-year old freshman is in stable condition at a Wise County Hospital.
The previous two meningitis patients are out of the hospital and doing well.

A Smith Mountain Lake has been slapped with a 24-thousand-dollar fine for overcharging his customers. Now, he's trying to hit them up for more money.

Robert Winney owns Waterworks -- a utility company serving four lake subdivisions.

The State Corporation Commission says Winney does not fix leaks, lets the tanks run dry, and overcharges customers. He also refused to pay his electric bills, so the entire system was almost shut down.
Yesterday, the S-C-C fined Winney 24-thousand-dollars. Winney's applying to raise his rates, even though the S-C-C has already told him no several times. He hung up when called for a comment.

In Pulaski County, the anniversary has triggered a cyber threat described as a hit list.
A website makes threats against at least 100 students and staff members.
It led officials to close Pulaski County High School and the Governor's School in Dublin today.
