A Henry County man accused of shooting at two deputies faces a grand jury.

Raymond Eaton is charged with two counts of attempted capital murder.
Five witnesses from the Sheriff's Department testified in a preliminary hearing yesterday.
Sheriff Frank Cassell described the surrender after a nine- hour standoff.
The deputies Eaton allegedly fired upon also gave testified.
The grand jury will decide in July whether the case will go to trial.

The Radford School board has suspended a teacher without pay after he pleaded no contest to stealing prescription drugs from a school.
The board will re-consider hiring James Anthony DeHart (DEE-hart) next year.

He was caught on videotape taking prescription drugs used to treat learning disorders- the drugs were taken from a cabinet inside the school.

It's 70 feet long and 15 feet high... and inflated by fans.
