State Police have arrested the man they believe is responsible for a bombing in Louisa County that killed a pregnant woman and her unborn child.
Investigators believe Coleman Leake Johnson Junior set the bomb to avoid making child support payments.

Her murder was one of three bombings in that area over several months.

He's charged with attempted murder, but a plea agreement is now in the works.

Casteel's attorney confirmed they've been seeing each other.
Tom Blaylock says the protective order has been lifted and the bond conditions rescinded, so they can spend time together.

An internet company in Arizona has been charged with providing the nitrous oxide that killed a Virginia Tech student last Fall.
Computer Science Major Andrew McCoy ordered the drug on line from bongmart- dot-com.
Federal agents raided the source in Tempe, Arizona and found an assortment of water bongs and pipes.
Nitrous Oxide is commonly used as a propellant, but is also widely abused as a recreational drug.

King Coal can provide Virginians jobs for some 50 more years.
But some researchers say the reserves may not last nearly that long.
Virginia Tech's Powell River Project estimated that Virginia's coal fields have an estimated 28-Billion tons of coal remaining, but less than a tenth of that can be extracted cost effectively.
The study also concluded that coal production will decline in the coming years.

Today the airport security tape was released.
The female guard had filed a battery complaint against Patrick Kennedy.

The tape shows the Congressman pushing the female guard backward and shaking a metal detector archway.
Both sides said the videotape support their account. Prosecutors said the incident did not warrant charges.

The Roanoke Steam has opened its inaugural season by losing its first five games and today it also lost a couple of players. Kicker Shane Meyer has left the team to work for a car dealership in Missouri.

And hard-nosed fullback Andre Evans also left the team today to begin training with the New Jersey Police Academy. The five eleven, 250 pound Evans joined the Steam for its home opener against Tulsa and also played in last week's contest. Evans also played some linebacker for the Steam. Roanoke plays at Norfolk this Saturday night against the team owned by Bruce Smith.

Ricky Rudd has been invited to the Winston all-star race for the past 15 years as an automatic qualifier. But last year he failed to win a race and as a result he'll have some work to do this Saturday night in Charlotte.

The pilot reported trouble with the plane's landing gear and was immediatley ordered to make an emergency landing in Liverpool.
The rocky landing was caught on tape- as the plane skidded onto the runway- sparks flying in the air.
The 48 people on board are all fine.
