More than 200 fire fighters spent the morning battling a large fire at a Philadelphia warehouse.

The fire broke out around 8 A-M at a trucking company.
The heavy smoke and flames, along with several small explosions, caused the voluntary evacuation of surrounding neighborhoods.
A portion of interstate 95 was also temporarily shut down.
Amtrak also suspended service because of heavy smoke but is running once again.
The cause of the fire is not known.

Smith Mountain Lake was the scene of an early morning boat accident that left six people injured.
It happened in Franklin County at the mouth of Gills Creek on the Blackwater section of the lake shortly before one this morning.
Investigators say the boat ran aground, throwing everyone out.
Five men and a woman were injured, the extent of their injuries has not been released.

A five car accident on Bent Mountain Road this afternoon backed up traffic for at least two miles.

Police say the driver of this gold car was traveling north when she apparently lost control, crossed the center line, and hit three cars pushing them off the road.
The driver then struck a fourth car head on.

A Bedford County man died this morning after a farm tractor fell on top of him.
34 year old Robert Newman of Blue Moon Terrace was trying to get a piece of equipment out of the mud by attaching a chain to a farm tractor.
That caused the tractor to rise upward and flip over trapping Newman underneath it.
Police say Newman was dead on arrival.

Visitors can either make the three and a half mile trip in their own vehicle or take a guided wagon ride.

In the second segment, Jeff Gordon checks up in a group of cars causing a chain reaction crash that collected Dale Earnhardt, and Steve Park bringing out the caution on the 8-th lap. Bill Elliott would hold off the field winning the second segment.
The caution came out on the second lap of the 10 lap shootout. Dale Earnhardt Junior passed Dale Jarrett with two laps to go and he takes the checkered flag winning the Winston and the 500-thousand dollar prize money.

Virginia Tech won the Atlantic 10 baseball title yesterday. Addison Bowman hit a grand slam in the bottom of the 8-th as the Hokies beat U-Mass 9 to 6. Tech qualify's for the N-C-double-A championship.
Bowman was the tournament M-V-P.
