Wythe County investigators had no trouble finding their suspect in a burglary yesterday morning.
They say he dropped his address book with his name and social security number in it right outside the Old Fort Western Store, shortly after the crime.
They caught 24-year-old Jeremy Donald Smith about four hours later.
Deputies say he had about 70 dollars in rolled coins and 20 dollars worth of stamps on him, taken from the store's cash register.
He's charged with breaking and entering, destroying property and petty larceny.

The Centra Health Foundation is spending 45- thousand dollars to buy 40 automatic external defibrillators.. machines that shock a person's heart back into a regular heartbeat.
The machines are being given to local law enforcement agencies and rescue squads.

Driskill says since police officers are often first on the scene of an emergency, they can use the defibrillators to stabilize a patient before emergency medical help arrives.
Two of the A-E-D's have been in use by sheriff's deputies in Amherst County for the past year.

Doctors have since informed him that he has a geneitc spinal cord condition and they are now advising him to retire and not attempt a comeback. Scientists say the photographs allow anyone with Internet access to explore Mars in much the same way as planetary researchers do.
