The Danville Police Department are still on the hunt for a murder suspect.

Police say 19 year old Atrae (A-tray) Lamar Martin is wanted for the fatal shooting of 26 year old Daniel O'Bryant Woods on Sunday.

The incident happened around one AM Sunday morning inside Union Hall on Franklin Street in Danville.
Investigators say the two were arguing when Martin allegedly shot Woods in the back.

In an unrelated incident, two men were shot while walking on Jefferson Street in Danville.
21-year old Avanti Gravett was shot in the chest and 21 year old Damon Lee was shot in the foot.
Police say the injuries are not life threatening.
That shooting happened Sunday morning also.

Classes are cancelled at Nelson County High School again today. The vandalism spree over the weekend was so extensive, it's taken longer than expected to clean up.

Authorities say someone broke into the school after eight Sunday night and sprayed fire extinguishers in the kitchen, cafeteria and hallways.
They also destroyed several toilets and cash registers and stole video equipment and money.

Dan River is buying a South Carolina based company.
WesTek makes specialty adhesive coated yarns and fabrics used in automotive and industrial hoses, conveyer belts and tire reinforcement textiles.
Dan River already makes some industrial yarn material but company officials say this deal will help serve their customers better.
WesTek has two plants in Georgia and corporate offices in Columbia, South Carolina.
