One Franklin County teen is sitting in jail this morning for driving recklessly in a high speeed police chase and taking the life of his friend.

Police say 18 year old Josh Fralin had been drinking this past weekend when he led an officer on a high speed chase, then veered off the road into a ditch.
His 16 year old passenger died.

Yesterday, prosecutors offered testimony that Jackson played a part in planning the Church Avenue fire.

A man described as his "running buddy," Jay Clements, says otherwise.

A recent test of the raw water at that plant showed coliform bacteria.
