But the Environmental Protection Agency says it is a major
problem. So big that the government is banning the product for
use in gardens and homes...while limiting it's use in agriculture.

This action comes after completing the most scientific review of the
potential hazards from a pesticide ever conducted.
Federal officials
say the pesticide Chlorpyrifos...sold under the trade names Dursban and
Lorsban, poses a major health risk. It can potentially effect the
nervous system and brain development. The biggest risk according to
EPA officials is to children.

Earlier testimony had implicated Terry as the one who bought the gasoline that was used to start the fire that killed six people.

But Terry flat out denied setting the fire himself.
AND he said Jackson was NOT the man he saw with Jay Clements that night.

A car driven by a volunteer fire chief collided with a school bus in Bedford County this afternoon.
Authorities say none of the children on the bus were seriously hurt.
The accident happened about 2:30, near the new Forest Elementary School on Route 811.
State police say the chief was apparently on his way to another wreck on Route 221 when the accident happened.
He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
We'll have more on the story tonight on News-7 at 6.

Jeff MacNelly died early today at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
The 52-year old cartoonist had been treated for lymphoma since late last year.
He joined the staff of the Richmond News Leader in 1970 and he won three Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartooning.
In 1977 he began the "Shoe" comic strip which he continued to draw until his death.

Rocker had threatened the magazine reporter who wrote a story last year
about Rockers views on foreigners, minorities and gays.
Narr: That story prompted the Braves to suspend and fine Rocker... he
was fined again after Sundays outburst. THOUGH ROCKER FAILED TO
REPORTED TO HIS TEAM WEDNESDAY...SECURITY SECURITY WAS STILL TIGHT FOR
THE GAME BETWEEN THE BRAVES AND MUDHENS. EARLIER THAT DAY Rocker told an
Atlanta Radio station he was considering quitting the game.
