Due to lack of evidence, prosecutors dismissed an animal neglect charge against a Bedford county woman ,who's no stranger to accusations of animal abuse.

Prosecutors said it would have been difficult to prove 43-year old Valery Green had improperly cared for a puppy she sold to a local woman in January.
