Another 70 jobs were cut at Volvo headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina.
A spokesman says new truck orders are down, and cancellation orders are up.

Police in Radford want to know who killed a 23 year old woman found dead inside her apartment.
The discovery came Thursday night. Now, Radford Police are calling the death of Lori Pleasants a homicide.

Shortly after the game, revelers spilled into the streets around the Staples Center, setting bonfires and torching cars.
Three people were hurt and at least one store was looted following the game.
Early this morning, Lakers owner Jerry Buss went on TV encouraging fans to calm down and enjoy the win without provoking criticism.
Mayor Richard Riordan called the violence "reprehensible."

A Pocahontas County, West Virginia doctor is accused of setting the fire that destroyed an attorney's office .. an attorney representing his ex-wife in child custody procedings.
51-year old Henry Walkup of Marlinton was arrested yesterday and charged with second degree arson.
The fire destroyed the office of attorney Barry Bruce in Lewisburg.

A Miami beach was evacuated Monday after a crocodile decided to do some sunbathing on the shore.

The croc was estimated to be between 6 and 8 ft. long. It remained on the beach for three hours before swimming back into the ocean.
The American Crocodile is an endangered species and is considered to be dangerous. Fisher Island beach goers were cautioned to swim at their own risk for the rest of the day.
Although there have been no prior crocodile sightings in the area, an alligator was reportedly seen on the shores of Miami Beach a few years ago.

She played Lou Grant's boss, and Tony Soprano's mother. 72- year-old actress Nancy Marchand has died.

Marchand won a Golden Globe in January for her role as the scheming matriarch on the HBO series, The Sopranos. She also won four Emmys for playing Mrs. Pynchon, the publisher on ``Lou Grant.''
Marchand had lung cancer and emphysema. She died Sunday night at her home in Connecticut with her family at her side.

Police are trying to figure out who killed a 23 year old woman found dead inside her Radford apartment.
The discovery came Thursday night. Now, Radford Police are calling the death of Lori Pleasants a homicide.
