A rock concert turns deadly tonight in Denmark-
Fans rushed the stage at a Pearl Jam concert near Copenhagen.
Police say at least eight people have been killed- and several others were injured.
Authorities say the concert goers were crushed to death when fans rushed the stage-
Danish radio reports that members of Pearl Jam had asked the crowd to move back because people were being pressed up against the stage- but it was too late-

A circuit judge is allowing a local attorney to continue his lawsuit against the state .. one that seeks speed limit and other changes on I-81 and other Virginia Interstates.
But Judge Richard Pattisall is reserving the right to dismiss the suit at a later time.

This was the first hearing on the suit filed late last year by Attorney Richard Lawrence against the Transportation Department, D-M-V and State Police.
Lawrence wants them to lower the speed limit, add lanes, designate special lanes and increase police patrols... among other things.
The state contends it can't be sued in its own courts and wants the case dismissed. For now, however, it goes on.

President Clinton's attorney says he'll fight a lawsuit seeking to take away his law license.
The suit was filed today by an Arkansas Supreme Court committee.

Fresh out of Charlottesville- Partick stromed onto the weather scene in Ronaoke- stepping into the role on the Eleven o'clock news. SOME PRETTY GOOD... CONCERN WITH.
Almost instantly Patrick's on camera ease and wit came through- both on the weather set- WE'RE GONNA CLEAR THINGS OUT.. AM I MAKING MYSELF PERFECTLY CLEAR

And sometimes it was hard keeping him awake through the day!
But most of the time we just envied him-
