Albright is a native of Czechoslovakia, who fled her homeland in 1948.
She related her own excitement as she sailed into New York harbor as a immigrant herself. Judges J- Harry Michael and Chief Judge Samuel Wilson swore in 69 new citizens at the home of Thomas Jefferson, the man who wrote the declaration we celebrate today.

The victim of an apparent stabbing was discovered by police on the floor of a Danville apartment.
Police say 26 year old Early Wayne Watlington appeared to have stab wounds to the back, and a trauma wound to the head.
Officers were called to Watlington's apartment after relatives said they wanted to check on him.
Danville police are asking anyone with information on the case to give them a call.
