A 51-day standoff more than 7-years ago near Waco, Texas, that ended in fire, claimed more than 80-lives and left years of haunting questions. Bottom line, Who was responsible for the dozens of deaths? JOHN DANFORTH, SPECIAL COUNSEL responsibility of the tragedy at Waco rests in the Branch Davidians and their leader David Koresh.
Not the Federal Government. Danforth says his investigation proves FBI agents DID NOT start the Branch Davidian fire, nor shoot at the Davidians. Danforth also concluded The Government did not improperly use the military and there was no evidence of Government conspiracy or a cover-up. --Attorney General Janet Reno appointed the republican senator last September to investigate allegations she and the FBI have long denied. Now, Danforth says after his investigation, the result of 2-million pages of documents, 9-hundred witnesses and volumes of physical evidence,...there should be no question.
This is not a report that is in any way equivocal, these are stated with very very great certainty as to the conclusions we've made. Jennifer Jones: Talks about the recent jury decision that also said the government was not to blame.))

The jury awarded 17 thousand dollars to each of the 11 plaintiffs in the lawsuit. In addition, the VHSL must now redesign it's program to comply with Title IX. Under the current system, all male sports take place in the same season. If a school changes classification, the sports seasons are the same, and males do not have to chose. But a multi-sport female whose school changes classification, may be forced to drop a sport because it conflicts with another.
