Prosecutors say Chapman was hired by his friend Christopher DeMoranville to kill Montgomery County Circuit Judge Ray Grubbs and DeMoranville's parents for two million dollars. But while DeMoranville was in jail on another charge he told authorities he wasn't serious about the assassinations - and that Chapman meant to go through with it. On Thursday, DeMoranville was sentenced to probation. Chapman, on the other hand, was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
