((This picture may be one of the best clues into why one of the worlds safest planes crashed. It shows fire and smoke streaking from an Air France Concorde just moments before the supersonic jet slammed into a hotel outside Paris. Air France Flight 45-90, a charter carrying mostly German tourists-- LEFT Charles de Gaulle airport-- Bound for New York. the plane was carrying 109 passengers and crew. All of them perished when the fully fueled jet slammed into the ground.
Voice of....Judy Chiancola EVERYONE SITTING THERE WENT OH MY GOD, YOU KNOW IT WAS FLAMES. Air France says it appears one of the planes engines failed as it roared down the runway. Then while apparently trying to climb with its engine on fire, the jet stalled, flipped over and crashed into the nearby hotel. Four people on the ground were also killed. Eyewitnesses say the explosion looked like a small atomic bomb. Firefighters were on the scene of the crash in minutes, but there was little left of the mighty jet to recover. It was the first fatal crash of the needle-nosed plane. Known for speed as well as luxury, the crash has bruised Anglo - French pride. Both Air France and British Airways have grounded their Concorde fleets until a cause of the crash can be determined. Christopher Korenke/VP, AIr France Air France Newser tonight.))

Police have arrested a pair of bootleggers in Montgomery County .. But this time, it was counterfeit movies, and not moonshine. A state trooper pulled over a van on I-81 for aggressive driving yesterday- and discovered 20-thousand dollars worth of counterfeit tapes and C-Ds.
