Police have charged 30-year-old Rupert Sylvester James and 35-year-old Keith Liverpool with four counts each of felony conspiracy .. They're being held in the Montgomery County Jail. The movies and C-D's were being taken from New York to Georgia or Florida.

A 13 year old Henry County teenager who fatally shot his friend has pleaded guilty to reckless handling of a firearm.

Gary Wayne Proctor will be sentenced in November on malicious wounding and traffic violations.
