It started as a traffic stop for aggresive driving on I-81.
State police say the stop led to the discovery of bootlegged video tapes and CD's .. worth 20 thousand dollars.

Police have charged 30-year-old Rupert Sylvester James and 35-year-old Keith Liverpool with four counts each of felony conspiracy .. They're being held in the Montgomery County Jail. The movies and C-D's were being taken from New York to Georgia or Florida.

A 13 year old Henry County teenager who fatally shot his friend has pleaded guilty to reckless handling of a firearm.

Authorities say 13 year old Brandon Lee Moore was shot accidently in May by his best friend.

The teen initially was charged with involuntary manslaughter. Henry County Commonweath's Attorney Bob Bushnell says the lesser charge is an appropriate resolution and he says the victim's family wanted the most lenient punishment.

Cabell denies driving the truck but plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter.
In court yesterday-- family members said she was sorry for what happened.
The judge agreed the loss of Cabell's daughter, Leslie, was punishment enough.
But he sentenced her to two and half years in prison for the death of 12- year old Eden Hall.

A "No Contest" plea yesterday from the man who gave chase to Roanoke police last August.
Gary Wayne Proctor will be sentenced in November on malicious wounding and traffic violations.

Police had an in-car camera rolling as a suspect eluded roadblocks, dodged seven bullets, rammed numerous vehicles, including a police cruiser- even tried to run over a pedestrian.
