Investigators are painting a chilling picture of what happened moments before the Air France Concorde crashed Monday.

((In Paris, the grieving came from around the world to pay tribute to the 113 victims of Tuesday's Concorde disaster. now, another still photo has emerged that shows the jet was already on fire even before it left the runway. it is just another clue that investigators say points to mechanical failure. in addition, debris from the plane was found strewn from the runway all the way to the crash site, including bits of tire on the runway. The French transport ministry announced the Concorde's black boxes revealed not just one but both left engines may have had a problem, and the jet's landing gear may not have retracted on take off. That, they say, is enough evidence to be able to rule out sabotage and probably pilot error as well, in fact, most analysts say the captain did a remarkable job or keeping the jet in the air as long as he did. LEE COWAN/CBS NEWS: GONESSE, FRANCE MAY HAVE BEEN THE LARGEST COMMUNITY NEAR THE CRASH SITE BUT THERE WERE A HOST OF OTHER SMALLER VILLAGES THAT WERE EVEN CLOSER, LIKE HERE IN THELLAY. RESIDENTS HERE ARE COUNTING THEIR BLESSINGS.
"LITTLE TO CLOSE... HAD IT GONE MORE HERE IT WOULD HAVE CRASHED THIS WAY, JUST HERE. Analysts do not expect Air France to suffer a significant drop in business revenues from the concorde account for less than 2 percent of overall earnings and few passengers on British Air, who has resumed flying the Concorde are expressing any worry over the plane's safety. Still compensation for the 113 victims could top tens of millions of dollars, something an Air France spokesman has said the airline would pay as a matter of course and has already been paying for victims' funeral expenses. The Roanoke Express picked up an enforcer today as head coach Perry Florio signed 20 year old left winger Nick Jones. The six-one, 201 pounder from Sudbury, Ontario racked up over 200 penalty minutes in his three years of junior hockey.
