THE BAND METTALICA EVEN SUED NAPSTER. FOR NOW AT LEAST THE RECORDING INDUSTRY WINS. AN APPEALS COURT MAY LET NAPSTER KEEP OPERATING BUT IF NOT-NAPSTER WILL SHUT DOWN THIS FRIDAY AT MIDNIGHT.))

And today investigators say they've found parts of a tire on the runway and other pieces of the Concorde strewn along its path.
The information comes from the French Transport Ministry- and confirms the flight was doomed from the start.
The report also says the pilot told the control tower after takeoff that he could not lift the landing gear.
113 people died when the Air France Concorde crashed near Paris on Monday.

Chrysler's hot selling retro style car is racking up the sales- but it did not bode well in government crash tests.

The government says drivers of the crusier face a 36 to 45-percent risk of serious injury in head on collissions.
And safety experts say the driver would have a higher than average probablity of head injuries-
That's why the car earned only 2 out of four stars- in head on crash tests.
In side impact crashes the P-T cruiser earned a better rating- four stars.

Four more defendants in a federal moonshining case say they're not guilty.

The four were arraigned in Roanoke federal court this morning. They will remain on bond until their trial in September.
The indictments follow "Operation Lightning Strike," a two- year investigation based in Franklin County. Twenty -seven people now face federal charges as a result of the investigation.
