Residents say poor drainage from the construction site is too much for this pipe to handle. The overflow of water from the school's reservior ends up in some folks' backyards. Two to three feet of water swamped this mobile home - and the owner's dog had to be rescued from the rising water. And, today's rain caused the Wellons' family's basement to flood, causing an estimated 25-thousand dollars in damaged.
