15- year old Sarah Edwards of Roanoke is also charged with the crime.
They're accused of shooting 41- year old Michael Edward Campbell several times inside Campbell's mobile home in the Hardy section of Franklin county.
Rogers and Edwards were arrested this morning a short distance from the victim's residence.
Authorities had been keeping an eye on a suspicious vehicle... when the two came walking out of the woods.

The six cents a pack increase on the wholesale level should increase consumer prices by eight cents.
A tobacco industry analyst describes the increase as very modest.
