The family of a woman killed on Interstate 81 is looking for a man they think is responsible for her death. 19 year old Amy Whisler was killed last month when her car flipped over on I-81. Now her family is looking for the man they believe was tailgating which caused her to change lanes, hit a tractor trailer, and flip the car into the median, landing in north bound traffic.
(-----------)
[VO-NAT]

What upsets the Whisler's are witness reports of the man getting out of his car, looking at the accident and then leaving the scene.
[SUPER=03-Troutville]

So far a few witnesses have come forward to help police make a composite sketch of the man responsible, but the family believes someone knows more.

A Martinsville attorney is now facing charges of tax evasion.
The government claims Rickey Young failed to file a tax return for five years in the mid-90's.
The 48-year old lawyer is also charged with understating the purchase of used cars to avoid paying sales tax.
In 1995, Young bought a Jaguar, a Porsche and two Mercedes Benz, claiming to have paid two thousand dollars or less for each.
[SS=Fred Pledge]

Young represents Roanoke Police Officer Fred Pledge.
Though yesterday's indictment comes just three weeks after Pledge was indicted for racketeering, Prosecutor Rick Mountcastle says there's no relationship between the two cases.
