A four wheeler accident in Franklin County killed a fifteen year old boy from Callaway.
State police say Clinton Wayne Young was on an a-t-v near his home late yesterday afternoon when the accident happened.
Troopers say the teenager pulled onto route 640 in front of a pick up truck and was knocked into the path of another vehicle.
Young was taken to Franklin Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say Young was not wearing a helmet.

Tech is one of 19 universities selected to receive a multi-million dollar grant for a program meant to break down Internet barriers.

Their research will be used by private companies and the government.

An area community college has been awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The road has been closed for over a year while crews worked on the sewer interceptor project.
That work is complete, but the city has held off on re-opening the road until speed humps and other traffic control measures can been installed.

V-DOT's plans to build a telecommunications tower may end in a court battle with Montgomery County officials.

The Department of Transportation wants to build a the tower near Exit 109 off Interstate 81.
It plans to lease space on the tower to telecommunications companies.
And it says it doesn't need the county's approval to do it.
But Montgomery County's Board of Supervisors is threatening legal action.
Supervisors say V-DOT should be subject to the same procedures as anyone who puts up a cell-phone tower.
That includes public hearings before the planning commission and supervisors.
