Roger Henderson, the owner of Henderson's Antiques, says lightning struck his businesses - located next to his home - around 3:30 this morning. Danny Coleman, fire chief for the Big Island fire department, says crews from Bedford and Forest were called in to assist his department. But, he says, torrential downpours slowed their response time. The building was engulfed when firefighters arrived. Crews stayed on the scene until this afternoon, and say it will take days before the fire is completely out. Henderson made wooden furniture. The building and its contents are a complete loss.
