Health officials have diagnosed an Alleghany County woman with Legionnaires' Disease.
Right now public health officials are not sure where she might have contracted it.
The woman is an employee of Westvaco's Covington Mill.
The company says it has no reason to believe that the disease was contracted at the workplace.
The disease is spread through the air in water vapor by devices such as water taps, water-based humidifiers, and cooling tower air conditioners.

New information today that complaints about Bridgestone Firestone tires may have been made as far back as 1996 in Arizona.
State agencies filed a number of complaints about tread separation and blowouts on state vehicles there.
Bridgestone-Firestone sent engineers to Arizona to check the tires, but eventually concluded there was no specific defect.
Meanwhile as Bob Orr reports, the rift between Bridgestone-Firestone and Ford is growing.

Instead, Kaizaki seemed to blame Ford...when he was quoted saying... "There were a lot of accidents on Fords." And..."The accident rate for other cars is dramatically lower."
But, safety data reviewed by CBS News...does NOT support the suggestion that Ford SUVs are more prone to rollovers than other sport utility vehicles.
It is true that "2 door Ford Explorers" have a HIGH rollover fatality rate "more than twice" that of comparable mid size cars. But, the larger "4 door Explorers" have "one of the LOWEST rollover fatality
rates" among ALL SUVs.

Friday, more than a dozen residents in Southeast and Southwest Roanoke awoke to find their car windows smashed and valuables gone.
Police arrested 18-year-old Leslie Conner Friday after he was seen tampering with a car in Southwest Roanoke.
They later picked up a 15-year old.
Both are charged with two counts of property damage and two counts of Grand Larceny.
More charges could be placed - and police say they might identify additional suspects.

They've issued warrants for 44-year old Ronnie Lee Cooper.
Investigators believe he's responsible for the robbery of the Extended Stay America on Ferndale Avenue earlier this month.

75-year-old Coolidge Winesett is in an assisted- care facility until his old house is torn down.
It will be replaced by a two-bedroom house with indoor plumbing.
The Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project helped Winesett get the house FREE with government grants.
Since word spread of the three days he spent below the outhouse, people around the country have been sending Winesett money... a total of about 13-hundred dollars.
He hopes to be in to his new home before the end of the year.

A couple of James Madison University football players are in trouble with the law.
Police say 20 year old Luke Young and 21 year old Andrew Owen are charged with breaking and entering into a home early yesterday morning.

The University of Indiana is feeling the fallout from firing head basketball coach Bobby Knight.
At least one player, Dane Fife, says he will transfer and others may follow.
Knight's aggressive behavior has been well chronicled.
In fact, former NCAA basketball official Dan Wooldridge had several encounters with Knight including a memorable one back in Knight's early days as a coach when he was still at ARMY.
Earlier today Wooldridge told us what happened when a simple back court violation was called on Knight's team in 1971.
