Alleghany County authorities suspect a second case of Legionnaires Disease.
School bus driver and newspaper carrier Harold Burch is on a lung ventilator.
A doctor with the Virginia Health Department says Burch began running a fever last week.
Two weeks ago an Alleghany County woman fell ill with Legionnaires.
Her name hasn't been released - she is also on a lung ventilator.
It's unknown how either contracted their illnesses. A doctor says the man and woman live just six blocks apart - but their families DON'T know each other.
Legionnaire's is a respiratory infection spread through the air in water vapor.
