Burcham's comments follow a heated city council meeting Monday night.

Speakers demanded an investigation of the recent motorcycle accident that killed 31- year- old James Minor. Police had pursued Minor, but say they broke off the chase well before the accident.
Once the police investigation is complete, Burcham says she will share the results with Minor's family, and then with a group of local ministers.
