Last night, hundreds of people gathered in downtown Roanoke, offering each other words of comfort following Friday night's fatal shooting at the Backstreet Cafe .

Officials say he doesn't have phone privileges and is in his own holding cell.
Gay has reportedly had previous brushes with the law.

According to a Florida television station, Gay is wanted in Citrus County, Florida on a trespassing charge.
Gay also allegedly barged into his ex-wife's Florida home in June, and had a run in with deputies.
His ex-wife then filed a restraining order against Gay.

Charges will be filed against the driver who crashed his tractor trailer on Interstate 81 late Saturday night in Botetourt County.
