Why was the U-S-S Cole refueling in the Port of Aden- part of the world known as a haven for terrorists?
That's just one of the quesitons being asked in Washington today.
Meanwhile, as Lee Cowan reports, the bodies of all of the sailors have now been recovered-

((The grim recovery mission inside the badly damaged "Cole" finally came to an end with the removal the bodies of four more American sailors. The remains will be returned home over the weeekend.
It came, as thousands of miles away, the man who sent the Cole into an admittedly dangerous port, was taking full responsibility. GEN.ANTHONY ZINNI, US CENTRAL COMMAND: "It was my decision... I want to make that clear. I pass the buck on to nobody."

Despite the fact that Osama Bin Laden, a known terrorist, had made several recent threats against US interests in Yemen -- the general told the Armed Services Committe, it was STILL the safest port in the area.

In Aden, FBI Director Loius Freeh met with President Ali Abdullah Seleh -- who confirmed that an apartment in Aden was used by the bomb makers -- and that a 12 year old boy investigators detained for questioning, may have been the last to have seen the bombers alive.
In Washington, forensics experts began examinging tiny fragments of the bomb, in the hopes that it's material can lead to it's maker.
While the who-dunnit investigation continued -- the Pentagon announced it was beginning a separate independant probe, designed to fill whatever holes there were in security, that allowed a small boat to attack a US destroyer.
KEN BACON, PENTAGON SPOKESMAN: "We will never have a perfect defense against terrorism, but we need to make our defenses as good as they can be. And this panel is designed to help do that. COWAN: With a host of new clues, investigators admit they still don't know who did this, or why. But echoed the US position -- that America has a long memory -- and an even longer reach.
