Defendant Jeffrey Allen Thomas and his attorneys were in court today.
They argued that Pulaski County investigators used inaccurate information to obtain a search warrant.
The judge ruled that the error was NOT intentional and did NOT affect the case.
Thomas was charged with Munsey's rape and murder last February, after her partially-clothed body was found in a remote section of the county.
150 prospective jurors have been selected to appear for Thomas' trial on November 30th.
