Wood is accused of capital murder in the death of 47-year-old Sandra Oakes two weeks ago.

When he heard Campbell was about to report him to investigators, Rogers shot him four times while the victim lay in bed.

Tuesday's vote means Iron Gate will keep its town charter.
The charter was put on the ballot after questions were raised on whether the town could afford to pay 1 point 5 million dollars of a 12 million dollar sewage treatment plant.
The plant must be build by the town and county.

A teenager who showed up at Lucy Addison Middle School with a gun has been arrested.
Police say the 15-year-old went to the school yesterday, looking for a student that he'd fought with two weeks ago.
He was told the student didn't go to that school, so he left.
When he came back about an hour later, still carrying the gun, he was arrested.
