Good Afternoon, I'm Kimberly McBroom.
Gore's legal team is asking Florida's state courts to rule against secretary of state Katherine Harris's refusal to accept any more vote counts.
That would keep out most of the hand- recount results.
Meanwhile, the Bush camp hopes a federal appeals court in Atlanta will hear its case to stop the hand recounts.
But regardless of what develops in the courtrooms today, tomorrow's deadline remains for overseas absentee ballots.

And those, too, will need to be counted.
Terisa Estacio is here with an update from Tallahassee.

Laying a new line means creating a 50-foot wide, 40 mile long swath of treeless land near neighborhoods and across the Blue Ridge Parkway.
